Management accounting - Industry analysis

This video explains the forces that influence the achievement of an organisation's strategic objectives. The forces are often referred to as Porter's five forces and the model is a useful strategic planning tool that aids the understanding of the business environment in which organisations develop their business strategy. The video is provided in support of the book Management Accounting in Support of Strategy.
