Management accounting - Competitive strategies

This video explains the competitive strategies of cost leadership and differentiation. The concept of the generic strategies as expressed by Professor Michael Porter of Harvard Business School, provide the basis for establishing the business strategy, and the model is a useful strategic planning tool for ensuring that the strategy can be sustained in a changing business environment. The video is provided in support of the book Management Accounting in Support of Strategy.
