Management Accounting - Customer profitability analysis

This video explains aspects of understanding your customers and the technique of customer profitability analysis. This management accounting technqiue can be used as a strategic planning tool to aid the development of business strategy and can be used in conjunction with models such as the BCG portfolio matrix.
